March doesn’t appear to be going out like a lamb — it came in like a lion and is leaving like one as well. But next weekend is supposed to be nice, so an outdoor excursion with a sporty picnic is planned for Saturday. So welcome Spring with some delicious square meals!

I am so happy that you are back posting menus. I really look forward to this. Thanks for taking the time away from your family to do this
I’m glad you enjoy them! I enjoy seeing other people’s meal plans, too.
We live in a cold Northern state. It may say spring on the calendar but not really. I had planned to have a pasta dish tonight but since it is sunny and sorta warm we are having cheeseburgers on the grill, roasted potatoes, tomato, lettuce, onions and pickles with leftover chocolate cream pie
During the pandemic our state was completely locked down. We have 4 children, 3 of whom still live with us and we do family dinners still. My husband and I go out to eat a couple of times a month just to be able to talk to each other. We couldn’t do this during the lock down so Thursday became our date at the dining room table. We have steak, barnaisse sauce, baked potatoes, Caesar salad or asparagus or Brussels sprouts. We found that we liked this so much we kept it so this is what we do on Thursday
