It’s the end of July already! I’m actually publishing this menu after the fact because LIFE, so no notes, just a weekly meal plan to keep up with my goal of having an archive with a meal plan for every week. Here is the meal plan for your Mid-Century Menu Monday for July 20th to 26th!
Mid-Century Menu Monday for August 20th to 26th
Monday’s Meal Plan
Breakfast
- Stewed figs or canned
- Poached eggs on toast
- Prepared whole cereal
- Coffee for adults, milk for children
Lunch
- Cream of carrot soup
- Crisp crackers
- Grapefruit salad
- Hot or iced tea, milk for children
Dinner
- Cheese souffle
- Quick escalloped potatoes
- Buttered lima beans
- Whole wheat bread and butter
- Head lettuce with 1000 Island dressing
- Blackberries
- Coffee for adults, milk for children
Tuesday’s Meal Plan
Breakfast
- Grapefruit juice
- Broiled bacon
- Raisin toast with butter

Lunch
